1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Incorva Corporate Ventures LLP ("Incorva", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Incorva provides last-mile delivery, ODH hub management, express delivery, returns management, and related logistics services across our 1-state, 5-location network in India. Services are subject to availability in your area.

• Last-mile parcel delivery to end customers
• ODH (On-Demand Hub) operations and management
• Express and same-day delivery services
• E-commerce fulfillment and returns management
• Rider management and fleet services

3. Partner Obligations

All partner businesses using our delivery services agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery addresses and recipient contact information
• Ensure parcels are properly packaged and labeled before handover
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding contents of shipments
• Not ship prohibited or illegal items through our network
• Pay all agreed service charges within the stipulated time

4. Delivery SLA and Timelines

Delivery timelines are subject to geographical location, weather conditions, and order volume. Standard delivery timelines are as communicated in individual partner agreements. Incorva strives to meet all committed SLAs but is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

5. Liability Limitation

Incorva's liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the declared value of the shipment as specified in the partner agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through our network:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, or explosive materials
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Hazardous or flammable materials without prior authorization
• Live animals or perishables without proper clearance

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Incorva Corporate Ventures LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Amendments

Incorva reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
